While I wouldn’t say the summer flew by exactly, I did manage to keep busy with a series of con appearances (if I had been less lazy, I might have posted updates from PenguiCon, DetCon, MystiCon, The Twisted World, CONvergence, Convergence 20 and DragonCon…but I didn’t bother), more work at the bookstore, some post-apoc vehicle projects and the usual life stuff. And Holly’s book. Autumn brings more fancy plans and appearances, as it always does. Expect me to be rolling around this winter in a real-life scav vehicle, and putting the final touches on an Empty Cradle podcast, of sorts.
Or don’t expect anything at all. Then you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
In the meantime, I was interviewed by the awesome and enigmatic Patty Templeton, author of what is, hands down, the best book I’ve read this year, There Is No Lovely End. She chatted with me about EC for The Black Gate; maybe there’s a secret or two to be found there?
